Aim/Purpose: The main purpose is to study the experience of using virtual team building as a means forming educational and research teams in context development online education its effect among students teachers higher institutions. Background: Methods ensuring effective engagement learning are critical success education. most obvious problems institutions procrastination, academic dishonesty due easy access electronic resources, decreased attendance, insufficient interaction between students. Methodology: methodology based on an empirical approach, which survey questionnaire collect data closed-ended questions.
